Hi, I’m Flor, founder of Mystika Healing.

My work focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies, release emotional and energetic tension, and return to a more balanced state through Reiki, womb-focused healing, and energy cleansing practices.

Each session is guided intuitively and adapted to what your body needs that day. Some people come to release stress or emotional weight, others to reconnect with themselves after periods of overwhelm or life transitions.

I also facilitate women’s circles in Miami, creating a safe and supportive space to slow down, share, and reconnect through meditation, ritual, and community.

My intention with Mystika Healing is simple: to offer a calm and grounded space where healing can unfold naturally.

Mystika Healing offers a calming 50-minute Reiki session in Miami designed to release tension, restore energetic balance, and support emotional wellbeing. Sessions can be experienced as pure Reiki or combined with sound healing for deeper relaxation.

Womb Healing is a gentle yet powerful session that works with the lower belly, womb, and pelvic space to release stored tension and emotional blockages. Through therapeutic touch, breathwork, and energetic clearing, the session helps you reconnect with your body and restore balance.

The Energy Cleanse is a 90-minute session designed to clear heavy or stagnant energy and help the body return to a calmer state. Using a blend of ritual cleansing, Reiki, sound healing, and guided energetic release, the session supports emotional reset and renewed clarity.
