Hi, I’m Flor, founder of Mystika Healing. I support women and spiritual seekers to restore balance, release blockages, and reconnect with their inner power through Reiki, Womb Healing & Energy Cleanse.
I also hold Women’s Circles in Miami, safe and sacred gatherings to share, meditate, and heal together. My mission is to honor ancestral rituals and holistic practices, guiding you with love on a journey of self-healing, empowerment, and transformation.

Reiki at Mystika Healing offers a gentle yet powerful 50-minute energy session designed to restore balance, release stagnant energy, and bring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Through hands-on channeling of universal life force energy in a warm, sacred space enhanced with aromatherapy and soothing sound, sessions support emotional release, deep relaxation, and energetic alignment. You can choose a pure Reiki experience or a combined Reiki + Sound Healing journey to deepen calm and elevate your overall sense of well-being.
Womb Hara Healing at Mystika Healing is a gentle yet transformative session that works through the lower belly, womb, and pelvic space to release stored tension, emotional blockages, and stagnant energy. This 2-hour experience blends therapeutic touch, breathwork, energetic clearing, and rebozo techniques to support deep relaxation, hormonal balance, and a renewed sense of inner grounding and vitality. It is a nurturing journey that helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, restore emotional harmony, and feel more centered, balanced, and empowered in your daily life.
Energy Cleanse at Mystika Healing is a gentle yet powerful 90-minute session designed to clear heavy or stagnant energy, restore balance, and bring a renewed sense of clarity and lightness. Using a blend of ritual cleansing, Reiki, sound healing, optional Hapé, and guided energetic release, the session supports emotional reset, nervous system calm, and deeper alignment with your natural state of wellbeing. It is a grounding, refreshing experience that helps you let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with a clearer, more centred version of yourself.
